Emoluments

Doctor x works in a hospital in his town. He believed to have a good contract. But the hospital’s director refuses to pay a part of his fees.

Engineer x, Managing Director of a Japanese company has a contract as independent. After five years a conflict emerges with the shareholders. He doesn't want a suit of 10 years.

Members of the board have an agreement about their emoluments. One member doesn't agree with this.

Disciplinary council

Some federations need an external arbitration to make respect their intern rules. It’s easier to accept a verdict from an external court. It lets less injuries and spites between the members and the management.
