Consumers' goods

European and domestic law protect consumers. Thanks to national initiatives the consumers profit also advantages of arbitration. The consumers' associations know the classical judicial procedures are too heavy and too costly in comparison with the price of a consumers' good or service. They are interested to the consumers' goods of which the value of the litigation is little and when the consumers are usually in a unfavorable position, seen that it already all paid to his supplier.

Goods of investment

Out the consumer goods the consumers buy and sell also goods of investment. As art works, jewels, houses, second residences, apartments, shares, ... The price of these products and the litigations is usually not cheap. The access to arbitration is possible by introduce a claim at the respective committees: Construction, Real estate, Art works & Antiquities, ...

The consumer litigations of goods of invertissement have two points:

1° the consumer is not always in a weak position example: construction litigations or of real estate, consumers refuse often to respect contractual engagements while not paying, on time or completely, the suppliers.

2° the consumer can also sell his good (afterwards).
