If parties are not able to fix the times of their procedure the Standard Dispute Rules gives 15 working days to each party to answer to the other.

Normal times

• conciliation : 1 month
• mini-arbitration : 1 month
• expertise & mediation : by agreement between parties
• classic arbitration in first instance : 2 to 6 months
• classic arbitration in appeal : 6 months

One party can request, by means of a well-motivated letter, the shortering or extension of times.
